How can you prepare feasibility reports when <br />you don't know what it is being planned for? <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka - Feasibility report is for trunk only, based on that area. <br /> <br />Douglas Fountain - 15255 Garnet - Mr. Cox mentioned government deception and <br />this is a good example.
