ROBERT WOJCIK: <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Wojcik is requesting preliminary plat approval for his <br />1.6 acres plat from some thirty acres owned by Mr. Sherwin Shenk. <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission, at their regular meeting of <br />April 5, 1983, granted sketch plan approval contingent upon the <br />City Engineer's review. Accordingly, the following items are <br />contained in enclosure (D2-a) for your consideration in this <br />matter: <br /> <br />CASE #2: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application .. <br />b) Notice of public hearing <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Building Official's letter to Hoium & Associates <br />e) City Engineer's review of the preliminary plat <br /> <br />The sketch plan and preliminary plat will be available at the meeting. <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action in this matter will be to approve/ <br />disapprove of the proposed preliminary plat by the following pro- <br />posed motion: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner and seconded by <br />Commissioner to approve/disapprove of the <br />proposed plat submitted by Mr. Robert ~Wojcik. <br /> <br />Motion carried. THOMAS NEDRY: <br /> <br />Mr. Thomas Nedry of 7501 - 152nd Lane NW is requesting a conditional <br />use permit to operate a locksmithing business in his residence. <br /> <br /> <br />
