CASE #3: <br /> <br />TO our knowledge, there are no other such operations in the City <br />and we don't know just how much work would be done at home. Mr. <br />Nedry should be questioned On this at the time of the public <br />hearing. The following items are included as enclosure (D2-b) <br />for your consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Area location map <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Letter of objection to the granting of the conditional <br /> use permit <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your action in this matter will be to adopt/ <br />amend/deny the proposed findings of fact as well as recommend <br />approval/disapproval of the request by the following proposed <br />motions: <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner and seconded by <br />Commissioner to approve/deny/amend the pro- <br />posed findings of fact as they relate to Mr. Thomas <br />Nedry's request to operate a locksmithing business in <br />his residence located at 7501 - 152nd Lane NW. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes <br />Voting no <br /> <br />NOTE: If youraction is to recommend approval, then you should <br />develop language that you would like to see in a conditional <br />use permit agreement. <br /> <br />INFORMATIONAL: <br /> <br />1) As you have noted, there are no proposed agreements included <br />with any of the requested conditional use permits. We did not <br />prepare them inasmuch as they must now be filed with the County <br />in a recordable form. To avoid wasted tim~ they will be prepared <br />by the City Attorney only upon your recommendation of approval. <br /> <br />2) ~'~e amended findings of fact for Mr. Jim Gilbertson which the <br />Council adopted to grant him a variance that you recommended be <br />denied will be available at the meeting. <br /> <br />3) Enclosure (D2-c) contains City Attorney Goodrich's response <br />to several questions Chairman Ken Peterson presented to him, as <br />well as a copy of the resolution and agreement for Mr. Harold Phelps. <br /> <br /> <br />
