I <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning <br />and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on June 7, 1983 at <br />7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of this public hearing is to consider the <br />request by the Faith Baptist Church of Ramsey for a conditional use <br />pe.mmit for a church in an R-l, residential, zoned area. <br /> <br /> The property is located in the southwesterly corner of <br />the intersection of Sunfish Lake Blvd. NW and Nowthen Blvd. NW and is <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />of Section 23, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota which <br />lies Westerly of the right-of-way of County Road No. 57 according to <br />the Anoka Highway Right of Way Plat No. 1, Southwesterly of County <br />State Aid Highway No. 5, and East of the West 400 feet of said North- <br />west Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, said 400 feet being as measured <br />along the North and South lines of said Northwest Quarter of the North- <br />west Quarter, and Northerly of the following described line: Commenc- <br />ing at the Southwest corner of the above described tract, said point <br />being 400 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter <br />of the Northwest Quarter; thence North 1 degree 13 minutes 15 seconds <br />West (assumed bearing) along the West line of the above described tract <br />for a distance of 1128.29 feet to the actual point of beginning of the <br />line to be described; thence South 82 degrees 33 minutes 22 seconds <br />East to the West line of County Road No. 57 and there terminating. <br />Containing 5.500 Acres. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the conditional use permit request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission at 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota 55303.
