Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Isakson and Schneider. <br /> <br />NOTE COUNCIL MINUTES <br /> <br />.Commissioner Deemer noted, regarding April 19, 1983 Utility Information Meeting <br />Minutes, that on page 2, second paragraph, line 4 the phrase "one in three <br />acres" should read "one in three lots." <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider arrived and stated she was late because she.attended <br />a funeral reviewing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer noted, regarding April 26, 1983 Council Minutes, that the <br />Findings of Fact prepared by P & Z for Mr. Jim Gilbertson were revised by <br />Council. <br /> <br />COMMISSION BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Request For Preliminary Plat Approval; Case Of Mr. Robert Wojcik: <br /> <br />Commission reviewed City Engineer Raatikka's letter dated April 28, 1983, <br />regarding Preliminary Plat Review Of Wojcik Addition. <br /> <br />Mr. Norm Hoium stated that Mr. Wojcik will be constructing an auto body shop <br />on the subject property. Drainage plans were discussed and Mr. Hoium stated <br />that Mr. Wojcik has submitted an application to DOT for an entrance to the <br />property. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider suggested that Mr. Wojcik provide City Council with <br />a copy of the DOT application. <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that funds do not warrant a service road and until <br />that time the Planning and Zoning Commission is in favor of one access to <br />the property. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner Dunn to approve <br />of the proposed plat submitted by Mr. Robert Wojcik 2nd to note.that Item #2 <br />contained in City Engineer Raatikka's letter dated April 28, 1983, is sufficient, <br />that Mr. Wojcik comply with Item #3 of same letter, that DOT address Item #4 <br />of same letter, that final plat comply with Item #5 of same letter and that <br />Mr. Wojcik provide cash payment for park fee and that the final plat include <br />a 60' building setback from rear of property. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Dunn, Zimmerman, <br />Deemer, Schneider and LaDue. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioner Isakson. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request For A Conditional Use Permit; Case Of Mr. Thomas Nedry: <br /> <br />Commission reviewed the Findings of Fact and noted a letter from R.W.
