Ed Mingo - Stated that he has lived in Ramsey for 8 years, watched the <br />City develop in a good way and that he would like to get more involved <br />and enjoys working with people. Mr. Mingo stated that he feels P & Z <br />is a good starting place to get a feel of how Ramsey is developing. <br />He further commented that he has a decent overview of P & Z criteria <br />and that sees the position on P & Z as a challenge. Mr. Mingo stated <br />that he would like to do something to help the City. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Chairman Peterson stated that he knows of~3 other applicants for the <br />position that could not be present tonight and that no decision would <br />be made until those applicants were interviewed. Commission members <br />agreed. <br /> <br />Commissioner Schneider stated that the applicants should be aware that <br />they might be contacted personally by various Commission members for <br />further discussion and interviewing. <br /> <br />The regular meeting adjourned at 7:35 p.m. in order to conduct the <br />following public hearing: <br /> <br />1. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />public hearing meeting minutes dated May 3, 1983 regarding Mr. Thomas Nedry's <br />request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Peterson, Commissioners Deemer, <br />Zimmerman and LaDue. Voting No: None. Abstain: Commissioners Isakson <br />and Schneider. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer and seconded by Commissioner LaDue to approve <br />public hearing meeting minutes dated May 3, 1983 regarding Mr. Robert Wojcik's <br />request for preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
