I <br />I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />,I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />-8- <br /> <br />The name and address of the landowner(s) and <br />developer(s), the legal description and address of the <br />property, north point, date and scale of drawing and <br />number of sheets. <br /> <br />Location of the property including such information as <br />the name and numbers of adjoining railroads, roads, <br />existing subdivisions, building and other landmarks. <br /> <br /> Existing topography as indicated on a contour map having <br /> a contour intervals of one foot - on a 0% to 3% slope, <br /> tw~ feet - on a 3% to 10% slope, and 5 feet - on a 10% <br /> or greater slope; the topography map shall also clearly <br /> delineate any .bluff line, all streams, including <br /> intermittent streams and swales, rivers, water bodies <br /> and Wetlands located on the site, including depth of <br /> water, bottom slope, a description of body materials and <br /> ail vegetation which may be found in the water body, a <br />'~tatement of water turbidity, a statement of water <br /> quality, and a classification given to the water body by <br /> the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources and the <br /> Minnesota PCA, if any. The topography map shall <br /> indicate the floodway and/or flood fringe lines and <br /> shall indicate the normal high water mark of the river. <br /> <br />A plan delineating existing drainage of the water <br />setting forth in which direction the volume and at what <br />rate storm water ts conveyed from the site and setting <br />forth those areas of the site where storm water collects <br />and is gradually percolated into the ground or slowly <br />released to stream or lake. The quality of water runoff <br />and water infiltrated to the water table or aquifer <br />shall be as high after development as its was before <br />development of the site. <br /> <br />A description of the soils of the site including a map <br />indicating soil types by areas to be disturbed as well <br />as a soil report prepared by a soilfscientist containing <br />information on the suitabilit~ Of the soils for the type <br />of.development proposed and for the~type of sewage <br />disposal by the developer to render the s~ils suitable. <br />Ail areas proposed and describing any remedial steps to <br />be taken by the developer to render the soils suitable. <br />Ail areas proposed for grading shall be identified by <br />soil type, both as to soil type of existing top soil and <br />soil type of the new contour. The location and extent <br />of any erosion areas shall be indicated. <br /> <br />A description of the flora and fauna which occupy the <br />site and are occasionally found thereon, setting forth <br />with detail those areas where unique plant or animal <br />species may be found on the site. <br /> <br /> <br />
