The
plan shall also set forth hydraulic capacity of all
structures to be constructed or existing structures to
be utilized, including volume of holding ponds and
design storm.

An erosion and sedimentation control plan indicating the
type, location and necessary technical information on
control measures to be taken both during and after
construction, including a statement expressing the
calculated anticipated gross soil loss expressed in
ton/acre/year both during and after construction. The
gross soil loss shall not exceed 5 tons per acre per
year during construction or 2 tons per acre per year
during construction when the site is adjacent to a water
body or water course; and 1/2 ton per acre per year
after the construction activities are completed as
calculated in accordance with-the Uniform Soil Loss
Equation. ----

Wetlands and other natural water bodies shall not be
used as primary sediment traps during or after
construction.

A'plan of ~erosion protection measures which shall make
maximum use of natural in-place vegetation rather than
the placing of new vegetation on site as erosion control
facilities. The use of natural erosion control devices
shall be preferred to the maximum extent over the
construction of artificial drainage devices including
