It is intended that this classification shall include all proposed plats and subdivisions which create two or more parcels. Classification of numbers 2 and 3 in paragraph c above must provide all of the information requested in paragraph b above. Classification number 1 above shall provide a certificate of survey to the Building Inspector at the time the building permit is applied f~r. The Building Inspector shall review the lot for which the building permit is requested by reviewing that data submitted for the environmental permit for the plat in which the lot is located. This review shall be made in order to insure that the "Permit S~andards" adopted herein are complied with and that the construction of-such a single family home will be consistent with said "Permit Standards". Expiration,' Extension and Revisions a) A permitee shall begin the work authorized by the permit within sixty (60) days from the date of issuance of the permit unless a different date for the commencement of work is set forth in the permit. The-permitee shall complete the work authorized by the permit within the time limit specified in the permit which in no event shall exceed more than 12 months from the date of issuance. The permitee shall notify the Zoning Administrator at least 24 hours prior to the commencement of work. b) c) Should the work not be commenced as specified herein, then the permit shall become void. However, if prior to the date established for commencement of work the permitee makes written request to the Zoning Administrator for an extension of time to commence the work, setting forth the reaons for the required extension, the Administrator.may grant one extension of not greater than one s~gle'year. Any revision of the originally approved ·site plan must be approved by the City Council after findings by-the Planning Commission and Zoning Administrator. A permit may be approved subject to compliance with conditions which are specifically set forth in the permit and are necessary to insure compliance with the requirements contained in this section. Such conditions may, among other matters, limit the size, kind or character of the proposed development, require the construction of other structures including special foundations and soil stabilization structures, establish required monitoring procedures, require such alterations of the site as may be necessary, require
