Accompanying such agreement shall be a statement from the owner indicating the City's right of entry to the property if it becomes necessary to complete the agreed upon work. Fees A schedule c~f fees for the examination and approval of site plans leading to an environmental permit and the inspection of all required improvements and conditions in such plans shall be determined by resolution of the City Council which may from time to time chang~ such schedule. Prior to approval of any site plan, shch fees shall be paid to the Zoning Administrator and be deposited t6 the credit of the general fund. Effect of ~ermit The granting of an environmental permit under the provisions of this section shall in no way affect the owners or the permitee's responsibility to obtain the approval required by any other statute, ordinance or regulation of any Federal or State agency 6r subdivision thereof.
