Mr. Dorn has appeared before the Park and <br /> Recreatioh Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> and City Council and received preliminary approval of <br /> his concept. <br /> <br />Preliminary plans are not available at this writing and <br />Mr. Dorn is out of town so we can only assume they will <br />be available for the meeting. <br /> <br />If the preliminary plans have not changed significantly <br />from the concept plan, then the City Engineer's previous <br />review will have considerable validity in your actions. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure (D2-b) for <br />your consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) City Engineer's letter dated July 6, 1983 <br />e) Park and Recreation Commission meeting minutes <br /> dated July 26, 1983 <br />f) Excerpt of City Council meeting minutes dated <br /> July 26, 1983 <br /> <br /> g) Applic~nt.'s writ%ep proposal_ /~~~,~._~ / _~__~ <br />Commission Acti~h: Your action in this mat~er will be <br />to recommend approval/disapproval of changing Mr. Dorn's <br />proposal.
