Voting no Voting yes PRELIMINARY APPROVAL REQUEST FOR RUM RIVER HILLS PLAN- NED UNIT DEVELOPMENT: · Mr. Bill Dorn will be present seeking preliminary ap- proval for'the proposed planned unit development of Rum River Hills. Mr. Dorn has appeared before the Park and Recreatioh Commission, Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council and received preliminary approval of his concept. Preliminary plans are not available at this writing and Mr. Dorn is out of town so we can only assume they will be available for the meeting. If the preliminary plans have not changed significantly from the concept plan, then the City Engineer's previous review will have considerable validity in your actions. The following items are included as enclosure (D2-b) for your consideration in this matter: a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) City Engineer's letter dated July 6, 1983 e) Park and Recreation Commission meeting minutes dated July 26, 1983 f) Excerpt of City Council meeting minutes dated July 26, 1983 g) Applic~nt.'s writ%ep proposal_ /~~~,~._~ / _~__~ Commission Acti~h: Your action in this mat~er will be to recommend approval/disapproval of changing Mr. Dorn's proposal.
