It should be remembered that they first <br />had to invest community funds before there was a return on it. Now they <br />are getting that return on their investment. <br /> <br />Secondly, Councflmembers should review the contents of enclosures {2), <br />(3) and (5) as we can accomplish much the same thing as Princeton but <br />you have to get it all put together to do it.
