I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
I
!
I
i
I
I
I
I
I
I

CASE #5:

Central Investment Corporation has now decided to give us 0utlot B
except for the north 320 feet if we are willing to give them a building
site on their portion as well as pick up a part of the delinquent
taxes. The only problem we see with this proposal is that we need
a variance for a metes and bounds subdivision. This variance will
not set precedence for future variances, as its only purpose is to
solve a drainage problem and serve a public need.

Comm4ssion Action: Your action will be to recommend approval of a
metes and bounds subdivision of Outlot B in Countryside Estates. The
following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration:

Motion by and seconded by to grant a variance
for a metes and bounds subdivision of Outlot B in Countryside
Estates. Further, that the north 320 feet of Outlot B shall
be declared a buildable lot, by resolution, and that the City
shall participate in an equitable share of the delinquent taxes.

Motion carried. Voting yes
Voting no

NOTE: Enclosure (D2-c) contains an area location map, Attorney
Goodrich's letter dated August 15, 1983 and a copy of the quit claim
deed conveying title for your consideration in this matter.

CAPITAL ~FROVlgI~'I~ BU~ETING.-

Due to an extremely heavy workload, the capital improvement budgets
for sanitary sewer, water and storm drainage are not ready at this
time. However, we hope to have them available for your review at
the time of the meeting. If not, we would ask that you table this
item until your next regular meeting. If they are available, your
action will be to make recommendations for changes you feel appropriate,
keeping in mind that this must correspond to the Comprehensive Plan.

SKETCH PLAN APPROVAL FOR RANSEY 67 INDUSTRIAL PARK SECOND ADDITION:

Mr. Marv Eggum, representing the Ramsey 67 Industrial Park;is requesting
sketch Plan approval for the second addition of this plat. The parcel
to be platted consists of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the plat that was
originally presented but later scaled back because of economic reasons.
Enclosure (D2-d), which is a copy of that first proposal shows what
is now proposed for the second addition. It should be noted that
what is now Ramsey 67 Industrial Park consists of Lots 1, 7 and 8,
Block 1 of that original proposal.

Mr. Eggum is requesting variances to the following:

1) Streets: They do not intend to construct any streets at
this time, as access to Lot 1 (proposed) can be attained from Sunfish
Lake Blvd. They concur that Lot 2 would not be buildable until the
streets were buil~ This could be spelled out in their development
agreement.
