This agreement <br />acknowledges that the applicant has made proper application for the approval <br />granted by this agreement and has met all other conditions established by <br />the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council concluding formal <br />approval of the applicant's application by this agreement. <br /> <br />Property address: 6745 West Highway il0. <br /> <br />Zoning at the date of agreement: B-l, Business. <br /> <br />Date of Planning and Zoning Commission review: October 4, 1983. <br /> <br />OONDITIO~S OF <br /> <br /> 1) That the applicants shall comply with all conditions as specified <br />by this agreement and the provisions as shown on their site plan which is <br />hereby attached as part of this agreement as Exhibit <br /> <br /> 2) That the applicants shall properly designate the easterly driveway <br />to the property as "entrance" and the westerly driveway from the property <br />as "exit". <br /> <br /> 3) That the applicant shall keep all structures, including the <br />greenhouse, in good repair so as to not create an unsightly neighborhood. <br /> <br /> 4) That the applicant has stated and agrees that the proposed structures <br />are temporary in nature and will be removed at such time as municipal <br />utilities are installed. <br /> <br /> 5) That the applicant understands and agrees that the proposed <br />structures do not comply with current City standards inasmuch as they will <br />not have frost footings. <br /> <br /> 6) That the applicant understands and agrees that all advertizing <br />signs shall comply with City Code. <br /> <br /> 7) That the applicant agrees that all construction and site improvements <br />shall be completed prior to July 1, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
