I I I I i I I I I I I I I I I I I I C1T~ OF RANSN¥ AGI~~ TO G"UARAR'I'ER COMPLIANCE #I'TII CONDITIONAL USE RRSTRICTIO~S ItS It~TIBI, ISII~n BY THE CITY OF RANSNY This Agreement between Mr. and Mrs. James Chapman and the City of Ramsey entered into this day of October 1983 as per the following: AND PURPOSI~: To assure that the conditions of approval, as established by the City of Ramsey for all commercial and industrial developments and conditional use permits approved by the City of Ramsey, are understood between the applicant and the City of Ramsey, and that the applicant complies with said conditions fully within the time frames established by this agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the applicant has made proper application for the approval granted by this agreement and has met all other conditions established by the Planning and Zoning Commission and the City Council concluding formal approval of the applicant's application by this agreement. OONDITIO~S OF 1) That the applicants shall comply with all conditions as specified by this agreement and the provisions as shown on their site plan which is hereby attached as part of this agreement as Exhibit 2) That the applicants shall properly designate the easterly driveway to the property as "entrance" and the westerly driveway from the property as "exit". 3) That the applicant shall keep all structures, including the greenhouse, in good repair so as to not create an unsightly neighborhood. 4) That the applicant has stated and agrees that the proposed structures are temporary in nature and will be removed at such time as municipal utilities are installed. 5) That the applicant understands and agrees that the proposed structures do not comply with current City standards inasmuch as they will not have frost footings. 6) That the applicant understands and agrees that all advertizing signs shall comply with City Code. 7) That the applicant agrees that all construction and site improvements shall be completed prior to July 1, 1984.
