g) That adequate measures have been taken to provide ingress and egress <br />so designed as to minimize traffic congestion on public roads. <br /> <br /> h) That the use will conform to all applicable regulations of the <br />district wherein proposed. <br /> <br />5) That the performance standards are as follows: <br /> <br /> a) The fire protection is provided by the City of Anoka. Even though <br />the potential of fire exists in some of the equipment to be rented, proper <br />maintenance and operation will reduce this potential considerably. <br /> <br />b) Electrical disturbances are not applicable. <br /> <br />c) Noise pollution will not be applicable. <br /> <br />d) Vibrations will not be applicable. <br /> <br />e) Odors will not be applicable. <br /> <br /> f) The applicant has agreed to shield such lighting that may create <br />glare on Highway %10. <br /> <br />g) Erosion is not applicable. <br /> <br />h) Adequate water supplies and sewage disposal facilities exist. <br /> <br />6) That the applicant has agreed to enter into an agreement with the City <br />of Ramsey. Said agreement is hereby incorporated as a part of these findings <br />and includes restrictions and terms as specified by the City of Ramsey Planning <br />and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />7) That the applicant has brought the request to the City Council and they <br />directed the preparation of findings of fact in accordance with Sections <br />170.016D, 170.016E and 170.016F of the Ramsey City Ordinance. <br /> <br /> <br />
