This is not being presented
as a sketch plan because they wanted Commission input prior to any
excessive expenditures. Further, they have not made any escrow deposits
with the City nor did they ask for sketch plan approval. However,
you may wish to approve the sketch plan if it does not substantially
diviate from what was originally proposed for Pondvale Estates.

Mr. and Mrs. Kytonen briefly discussed the plat, along with some other
issues with the City Council at their last regular meeting.

Accordingly, your actions will be to inform the Kytonens as to how
you feel they should proceed with this matter. ~~,.~_/~.~d/t_ .~ .~f.~/~/.~/~..~(/~j~

CASE %3: REQUEST TO SUBDIVIDE PROPERTY AT 9535 WEST HIGHWAY %10:

Mr. George Cowles, owner of the Party House and the other buildings
in the area, has asked that the Commission consider a concept plan
he is submitting as enclosure (D2-b) to subdivide the property into
three separate parcels. It would appear that the two adjacent to T.
H. #10 would be deficient in size while the third parcel (Tract A)
would have no frontage on a public street. As with the Kytonens, Mr.
Cowles is seeking Commission input as to how, if at all, he could
accomplish this task prior to the expenditure of any large amount of
money.

If you feel that this request has any merit, then your actions should
be to direct Mr. Cowles as to how he should proceed.
