AND MRS. JAMES ~"S RF~UEST FOR A COnDITIONAL USE PERMIT= <br /> <br />Mr. and Mrs. Jim Chapman are requesting a conditional use permit for <br />a temporary building and a greenhouse for use in conjunction with their <br />garden market located at 6745 West Highway #10. As you can note by <br />the site plan, the proposed buildings will be located somewhat in front <br />of the existing building which will afford them better visibility to <br />the highway. They have indicated that, inasmuch as they do not own <br />the property, the buildings will be temporary and will be removed <br />at the time that municipal utilities become available. <br /> <br />The following items are included as enclosure <br />consideration in this matter: <br /> <br />(D2-a) for your <br /> <br />a) Applicant's application <br />b) Public hearing notice <br />c) List of properties notified <br />d) Reduced site plan <br />e) Proposed findings of fact <br />f) Proposed agreement <br />g) Letter to Mr. and Mrs. Chapman from Building Official dated <br /> September 30, 1983 <br /> <br />Commission Action: Your actions in this matter will be to <br />approve/amend/deny the proposed findings of fact and approve/amend/deny <br />the proposed development agreement. The following proposed motion <br />is hereby submitted for your consideration: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to recommend <br />adopting/denying the proposed findings of fact for Mr. and Mrs. <br />Jim Chapman's conditional use permit request. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
