TO: Planning and Zoning Commissionm~mb~rs City Staff RE: Commission Business ENCLOSURE (D2-a) Information regarding Mr. and Mrs. Ja~es Cha~u's request for a conditional use permit (D2-b) Concept plan for Mr. George Cowles' request to subdivide property on Highway %10 N~ MR. AND MRS. JAMES ~"S RF~UEST FOR A COnDITIONAL USE PERMIT= Mr. and Mrs. Jim Chapman are requesting a conditional use permit for a temporary building and a greenhouse for use in conjunction with their garden market located at 6745 West Highway #10. As you can note by the site plan, the proposed buildings will be located somewhat in front of the existing building which will afford them better visibility to the highway. They have indicated that, inasmuch as they do not own the property, the buildings will be temporary and will be removed at the time that municipal utilities become available. The following items are included as enclosure consideration in this matter: (D2-a) for your a) Applicant's application b) Public hearing notice c) List of properties notified d) Reduced site plan e) Proposed findings of fact f) Proposed agreement g) Letter to Mr. and Mrs. Chapman from Building Official dated September 30, 1983 Commission Action: Your actions in this matter will be to approve/amend/deny the proposed findings of fact and approve/amend/deny the proposed development agreement. The following proposed motion is hereby submitted for your consideration: Motion by and seconded by to recommend adopting/denying the proposed findings of fact for Mr. and Mrs. Jim Chapman's conditional use permit request.
