(iv) Quarterly Meetings. Commencing the first calendar quarter after the <br /> Effective Date, and continuing throughout the term of this Franchise, <br /> Grantee shall, unless otherwise directed by the Commission, meet <br /> quarterly with the Executive Director of the Commission. At each <br /> quarterly meeting, Grantee shall present information acceptable to the <br /> City/Commission showing the number of Qualified Living Units Grantee <br /> presently capable of receiving Cable Service and the number of Qualified <br /> Living Units that Grantee is actually serving with Cable Service. Grantee <br /> shall also present information acceptable to the City/Commission that <br /> Grantee is equitably serving all portions of the City in compliance with <br /> this subsection 4.3.1. In order to permit the City/Commission to monitor <br /> and enforce the provisions of this section and other provisions of this <br /> Franchise, the Grantee shall promptly, upon reasonable demand, show to <br /> the City/Commission (to the City/Commission's reasonable satisfaction) <br /> maps and provide other documentation showing exactly where within the <br /> City the Grantee is currently providing Cable Service. <br /> (v) Specifically, the Grantee shall present reports and maps showing the <br /> Commission the following information: <br /> a. The total number of Living Units throughout the City; <br /> b. The total number of Qualified Living Units throughout the City <br /> both as of the Effective Date and the then-current calendar quarter; <br /> c. The total number of Qualified Living Units, in the City, <br /> subscribing to the Cable Service provided by the Grantee; <br /> d. Locations of all Qualified Living Units throughout the City. <br /> 4.3.2 All construction shall be performed in accordance with applicable laws <br /> and regulations, except where specifically waived by the City. <br /> 4.3.3 The Grantee shall make best efforts to provide the City with notice prior to its <br /> commencement of steps of the System construction in which possible service <br /> disruptions or physical construction activities may occur. <br /> 4.3.4 No System Node shall be activated until it is tested, and the Grantee <br /> determines that all applicable technical standards have been met or exceeded. <br /> 4.4 Periodic Progress Report. <br /> 4.4.1 Public Notification.
