A discussion held concerning Richard Sha and that he is no longer with CED. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Sorteberg that Mayor <br />Gamec handle dinner arrangements for an appreciation dinner for Mr. Sha. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Appoint/Reappoint City Attorney for the City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to reappoint <br />Mr. William Goodrich, of Talle, Herrick & Munns firm as City Attorney for the <br />City of Ramsey for calendar year 1980. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen <br />Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Reimann and seconded by Councilman Cox to increase the <br />City Attorney's hourly rate from $35.00 per hour to $45.00 per hour <br />effective as of January 1, 1980. Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, <br />Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />Ail correspondence for the City's legal affairs are to be directed and handled <br />by Mr. Goodrich. <br /> <br />Designation of Official Newspaper for City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to designate <br />the Anoka County Union as the City of Ramsey's official newspaper. Voting <br />yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, Reimann and Sorteberg. Voting <br />no: None. <br /> <br />Appoint/Reappoint City Health Officer for'City of Ramsey <br /> <br />Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman Reimann to <br />reappoint Dr. Jankowski as the City.
