Council- <br />man Sorteberg did meet with a Mr. Michael J. Mulrooney of <br />the Minnesota Economic Development Commission who gave us a <br />lot of information on the development of a City Economic <br />Development Commission. <br /> <br />Consequently, Councilman Sorteberg will be able to address <br />the Council on the formation of the above Commission/Committee. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to appoint/not appoint <br />or table action until a later date. <br /> <br />: WALTEC, INC. pEVELOt~NT CONTRACT: <br /> <br />Council at their last meeting stated they wanted to review <br />the following at this meeting: <br /> <br />a) Exterior design of the proposed building. The Council <br />stated that they had concerns about the exterior design that <br />would be visable from the new Industrial Blvd. Consequently <br />the Council wanted to discuss this with the Waltec, Inc. as <br />to the design of their building inasmuch as they hadn't <br />planned on any special design except a solid white color. <br /> <br /> <br />
