b) Proposed Development Contract - Please refer to enclosure <br />(D2-a) for a copy of the proposed development contract which <br />is submitted for your review. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be on the above subpara- <br />graphs (A) ang (B). <br /> <br />CASE #3: MIDWESTERN UNDERGROUND SITE PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT: <br /> <br />This was on the last Council agenda for the Board of Adjust- <br />ment action for a variance on the following items: <br /> <br />a) Requesting variance to use wood poles instead of <br />structural steel - Council did not grant this requested <br />variance. Please refer to enclosure (A-I) Board of Adjust- <br />ment minutes dated January 8, 1980. <br /> <br />b) Requesting variance on all exterior wall finishes of <br />their proposed building. They wanted the exterior wall <br />finish for this proposed building to be a solid brown color. <br />Council did not grant this gariance to them. Please refer <br />to enclosure (A-i) for Board of Adjustment minutes dated <br />January 8, 1980. <br /> <br />Consequently, Mr. Frank Jerieh will be present at the next <br />meeting to discuss the above requested variance with the <br />Council which were denied at the last meeting. <br /> <br /> CASE #4: SODERHOLM AND ASSOCIATES P~EGARDING SITE 'AND DESIGN PLAN FOR <br /> <br /> ~. ~ ~'~-~ Background - Council reviewed this plan at their meeting on <br /> ~Y~ k~ January 8, 1980.
