RESOLUTION <br /> <br />CITY OF RA~EY <br /> <br />RES~LuTioN ESTABLISHING ~-~E~-~-~'GN'-PERMIT- REQUEST_S'-' <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby resolves as follows: <br /> <br />That the following schedule of fees for sign permits is <br />established: <br /> <br />Ail newly constructed on-site business and advertising <br />signs: $5.00 for the first five square feet; <br /> $.25 for each additional square foot thereafter. <br />A minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $50.00 shall apply <br />to each ~ign, <br /> <br />Ail on-site business and'advertising signs existi.ng <br />prior to the adoption of the ordinance shall be exempted <br />of such fee. <br /> <br />Ail other signs; 40 square feet or less in area - $25°00; <br />greater than 40 square feet in area - $50.00 <br /> <br />Fees may be waived by the City Council for signs containi.ng <br />a religious, civic~ school or public interest subject. <br /> <br />Fees may be cha.nged by City ~ouncil resolution. <br /> <br />2.
