RESOLUTION NO. 79- 57 <br /> <br />'CITY OF RAMSBY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES ON SIGN PERMIT REQUESTS <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby resolves as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the following schedule of fees for sign permits <br /> is established: <br /> <br />All newly constructed onsite business and <br />advertising signs: $$.00 for the first five <br />square feet; $.25 for each additional square <br />foot thereafter. A minimum of $10.00 and a <br />maximum of $50.00 shall apply to each sign. <br />Ail onsite business and advertising signs <br />existing prior to the adoption of this ordinance <br />shall be exempted of such fee. <br /> <br />b. All other signs: 40 square feet or !ess in area - <br /> $2S.00;'greater than 40 square feet in area - $50o00. <br /> <br />Fees may be waived by the City Council for signs <br />containing a religious, civic, school or public <br />interest subject. <br /> <br /> d. Fees may be changed by City Council resolution. <br /> <br /> 2. That the attaChed application for sign permit is hereby <br /> established to be used for applications for sign installation. <br /> <br /> ~5~..
