There are a total 24 units in this development. The petition contains 15 sig~atures which constitutes 63% of the abutting property owners that signed the petition. Council Action: Your action will be to accept or reject the petition.' You will have to adopt resolution Declaring Ade- quacy of Petition and Ordering Preparation of Report. Please refer to enclosure (D2-a) for copy of petition. PETITION FOR STREET ~PROV]~gNT BEAUDRY'S SECOND ADDITION AND PELTZERADDITION: A petition was received for street improvement of Peltzer Addition, part of an unplatted section just west of the Peltzer Addition, and part of Beaudry's Second Addition. In the area covered by the petition, there are 71 units. The petition has 44 signatures which constitutes 62% in favor of the improvement. However, the petition only covers part of Beaudry's Second Addition. It is therefore, the recommendation of the City Staff to consider including all of this addition in the total improvement.
