CASE #~: SODERHOLM & ASSOCIATES REGARDING ROADWAY EASIIIENT: <br /> <br />Problem: Council at their meeting January 8, 1980 (Please <br />refer to enclosure (A-i) Council minutes dated January 22, <br />1980) approved the above party's site and design plan provid- <br />ing he agreed to ~ive the City a road easement an additional <br />27 feet to add to the existing 33 feet making it a total <br />60 feet from the centerline of Ramsey Blvd. (County Road #56). <br />Mr. Soderholm objects to giving the City this extra 27 feet <br />of road easement. He states he paid too much for this type <br />of land to give it away. It appears he wants to sell it. <br /> <br />CASE #6: MINNESOTA UTILITY SITE PLAN COUNCIL APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Background information: The following information is hereby <br />submitted on-this case: <br /> <br />a) Enclosure (D2-f) contains the Planning and Zoning Commission <br />minutes dated September 4, 1979 which covers their action on <br />this case. They recommended that a building permit not be <br />granted until such time as they have frontage on a dedicated <br />City street. <br /> <br />b) Enclosure (D2-g) contains the City Engineers comments on <br />this request. <br /> <br />c) Exhibit #1 contains the site and design plan for this <br />project. <br /> <br />d) Enclosure (D2-h) contains the 33 foot easement for access <br />to said properties. <br /> <br />It should be noted that a development contract has not been <br />prepared until the matter of the road is cleared up. <br /> <br />Council Action: Approve/disapprove site and design plan. <br />Council should note Plarming and Zoning Commission comments <br />if you approve Exhibit #1. <br /> <br />CASE #7: SIGN PE~IT ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION BY COUNCIL: <br /> <br />The present resolution states that a sign permit will only <br />be effective for only two (2) years and then the individual <br />has to reapply. This resolution that is before you does <br />away with the renewal of a sign permit. (Please refer to en- <br />closure (D2-8) for rough draft of resolution. <br /> <br />CASE #8: ANOKA STATE HOSPITAL REGARDING RESOLUTION FOR COUNCIL APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D2-j) is hereby submitted for Council review and <br />comments.
