Council Action: Your action will be to accept or reject the
petition. If you accept the petition you will have to adopt
a resolution Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Ordering
Preparation of Report.' Please refer to enclosure (D2-b)
for a copy of the petition.

CASE #3: PETITION FOR STREET IMPROVEMENT - REGARDING UNPLATTED HAGEN

ADDITION:

A petition was received for improvement of 176th Avenue,
Ermine Blvd. and Eaton Street in the unplatted Hagen's
Addition. The petition as presented covers an area of 56
units and contained 20 signatures. This is 36% in favor
of this improvement.

However, the petition did not cover two streets - 180th
Avenue and Halas Street - which City Staff feels Council
should consider including these in this improvement as
the residents who live on these streets must travel on
Ermine Blvd. to get to their homes..

Council Action: Council action will be to accept/reject
the petition as presented. If Council does accept the
petition then you will have to adopt a resolution
Declaring Adequacy of Petition and Ordering Preparation
of Report and to include the two additional streets.
PLease refer to enclosure (D2-c) for copy of petition.

CASE #4: RON WEST REGARDING THE AGGREGATE FRONT FOR THE BERG OIL

BUILDING:

Problem: Mr. Ron West will be coming before the Council
regarding the following item:

a) Stone aggregate columns on exterior of storage building
constructed at Berg Oil by Mr. West, were not installed as
per requirement of the development contract which was signed
by l lt. West and the City (Please refer to enclosure (D2~d)
for copy of development contract), lb. West states that
during the discussion on site and design plan for Council
approval on the subject storage building Council stated he
wouldn't have to have this aggregate front because this
building is not fronting any street. Please refer'to en-
closure (D2-e) Council minutes dated October 9, 1979.

b) Mr. West wants the City to release the escrowed amount
that he now has with the City which is $761.15 for this
total project.

Council Action: Your action will be to approve or disapprove.
