Voting yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Cox, Mickelson, <br />Rdimarm and Sorteberg. Voting no: None. <br /> <br />BARTHEL' S RUM RIVER 'SECOND ADDITION REQUEST FOR EXTENSION ON FILING OF PLAT <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated that he has di§cussed this matter with Barthels and <br />that they have to have the plat filed by Friday,- October 12, 1979, or <br />start the platting procedure over again. <br /> <br /> Motion by Councilman COx and seconded by Councilman Reimann to grant a <br /> variance to Barthel' Homes such that they must record their final plat <br /> known as Barthel's Rum River' Sec6nd Addition by Friday, October 12, 1979 <br /> by'a variance to Secti°n 170.010C of the City Code. If this variance <br /> is not_complied with by the' date §tated, this plat request will be null <br /> and void. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
