The FY '81 <br />grant cycle starts soon with preliminary applications due to. State PlanningAgency by <br />May 2,.1980. <br /> <br />The Metropolitan Council is responsible for approving or disapproving acquisition <br />grants, according' to priorities of the-Regional Recreation Open Space Policy Plan~ <br />This year, as in the past, the Council' will rank ail projects as its recommendation <br />for funding to State PlanningAgency. <br /> <br />As an advisory body to the Metropolitan Council-, the Metropolitan Parks and Open Space- <br />Commission is in the. process of considering project review criteria. A copy of the <br />proposed criteria is attached.
