A Veterinarian will inspect the plans or the proposed kennel and <br />determine ey are adequate for space conditions. <br /> <br />The permit will allow no more than four (4) adult dogs, and one litter <br />of pups only , at any one time, for a period not to exceed four (4) <br />months for the age of the pups. <br /> <br />The running fence will have a warning sign of it being electrical. <br />There will be no signs indicating "Commercial Sale" of the dogs. <br /> <br />The dogs will be kept indoors at night. <br /> <br />If there are complaints of a noise problem, the owner will be warned <br />and murat remedy the situation. <br /> <br />The dogs will not be' left in the open portion of the kennel when no <br />one is at the home. <br /> <br />The owner has agreed that the premises may be inspected periodically. <br /> <br />Ben Deemer made a motion and Harry Ellis seconded to recommend to the City <br />Cotmcil to grant approval of a dog kennel for Mr. Tomas Johnstone. <br /> <br />MotSon carried. 4-0 <br /> <br />Mr. Bob Ed~rds, 300 E. Main St, Anoka was representing Mr. Weaver in <br />reqt~sting a variance of no additional easement on Jarvis St. <br /> <br />-2- <br /> <br />Motion by Ken Peterson seconded by Kathy Schneider to recommend granting of <br />a variance to Mr. Vern Weaver to subdivide a 25acre parcel of land into three <br />(3) lots (two six (6) acre lots and one 12.99 acre lot) by metes and bounds <br />as described in survey dated March 17, 1977 by Mr. John Oliver. (Please <br />refer to F~hibit "A" in Mr. Weaver's file). Further, that this proposed metes <br />& bounds plat be subject to park fee and that the 33 foot easement shown on <br />the survey be taken and also an additional 27 foot easement on Jarvis Street NW. <br /> <br />Voting yes- Mr. Ken Peterson, Kathy Schneider & Ben Deemer. Voting no: none. <br />Abstaining' Mr. Harry Ellis <br /> <br />Mr. Deemer added the following comment to the above matter: Recommend that the <br />Co~mcil take the easement of parcels A&C only at this time. <br /> <br />Item No. 4 ALPACA ESTATES 'REQUEST 'FOR PRELIbflNARY PLAT APPROVAL <br /> <br />Mr. Jeff Caine and Mr. H.I. James and Partners were present for Alpaca Estates <br />requesting preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />The letter from the Engineer was reviewed and several items are not complete <br />due to the EQB. The Engineer will address a letter to the P&Z Commission at <br />their workshop meeting March 18, 1980, at which time P&Z will approve the items <br />for the City Council meeting of March 25, 1980. This letter will be forwarded <br />to Mr. Caine and Mr. James in advance. <br /> <br />Motion by Ben Deemer to table Alpaca Estates until March 18, seconded by <br />Frothy Schneider. <br /> <br /> <br />
