CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE CO~PLIANCE <br />WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS <br />ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />BETWEEN Mid-West Underground hereinafter referred to as '~Applicant" and <br />the City of R~sey hereinafter referred to as "City". <br /> <br />INTENT AND PURPOSE <br /> <br />This agreement is to assure the conditions of approval established by the <br />City of Ramsey for all commercial and industrial developments are under- <br />stood between 'the Applicant and the City, and that the Applicant complies <br />with said agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the Applicant has <br />made the proper application for the approval granted by this agreement <br />and has met all other conditions established by the Planning and Zoning <br />CoJ~n~ss~.on and City Council. <br /> <br />Legal Description of Property: <br /> <br />General Location: Property Address -- 13951 Azurite Street N.W. <br />Zoning Classification: I-1 Industrial <br /> <br />Approved Use of Property: Construction Company <br /> <br />CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT <br /> <br />1) Applicant shall submit to the City of Ramsey eleven (11) copies of <br /> the final site plan which conform to all City conditions of approval. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Applicant shall complete and occupy his building or facility and all <br />landscaping and other site work as per Zhe stamped approved final <br />site plan no later than October 1, 1980. <br /> <br />3) Applicant shall deposit with the City, a cashier's check, irrevocable <br /> letter of credit, performance bond, or other suitable':security accept- <br /> able to the City in the amount of 150 percent (.150%) of the cost of <br /> completing all landscaping improvements, asphalt parking and driveway, <br /> outside lighting, curbing, wood mulch and marking of fire lane to in- <br /> sure access to the building for fire'fighting equipment. In addition <br /> the bond or escrow amount shall be in an amount sufficient to guarantee <br /> two (.2) full growing'seasons following the installation of landscape <br /> plantings as shown on the approved site plan attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A". <br /> <br /> <br />
