CITY OF RAMSEY AGREEMENT TO GUARANTEE CO~PLIANCE WITH DEVELOPMENT CONDITIONS ESTABLISHED BY THE CITY OF RAMSEY BETWEEN Mid-West Underground hereinafter referred to as '~Applicant" and the City of R~sey hereinafter referred to as "City". INTENT AND PURPOSE This agreement is to assure the conditions of approval established by the City of Ramsey for all commercial and industrial developments are under- stood between 'the Applicant and the City, and that the Applicant complies with said agreement. This agreement acknowledges that the Applicant has made the proper application for the approval granted by this agreement and has met all other conditions established by the Planning and Zoning CoJ~n~ss~.on and City Council. Legal Description of Property: General Location: Property Address -- 13951 Azurite Street N.W. Zoning Classification: I-1 Industrial Approved Use of Property: Construction Company CONDITIONS OF AGREEMENT 1) Applicant shall submit to the City of Ramsey eleven (11) copies of the final site plan which conform to all City conditions of approval. 2) Applicant shall complete and occupy his building or facility and all landscaping and other site work as per Zhe stamped approved final site plan no later than October 1, 1980. 3) Applicant shall deposit with the City, a cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, performance bond, or other suitable':security accept- able to the City in the amount of 150 percent (.150%) of the cost of completing all landscaping improvements, asphalt parking and driveway, outside lighting, curbing, wood mulch and marking of fire lane to in- sure access to the building for fire'fighting equipment. In addition the bond or escrow amount shall be in an amount sufficient to guarantee two (.2) full growing'seasons following the installation of landscape plantings as shown on the approved site plan attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
