Councilman Mickelson and Mayor Gamec feel that the concern would be that <br />in the future~ new owners may decide to use this bu£1di.ng for something <br />other than cold storage and that in past instancest these pole type <br />buildings have become dilapidated eyesores-. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Cox that the request <br />for variances not be granted to Midwestern Underground Company-for the <br />building as-per their request and that the 5uildi.ng should be des.igned <br />to conform to the current City ordinances and ~egulations governing this <br />type of building.. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
