The proposed site plan was not prepared by a r.egistered
engineer or land surveyor.

o

The proposed site plan did not indidate the nature and
use of said property and surrounding area, location of
property, type of turf establishment, loading docks,
outside lighting provisions, curbing, signs and projected
water use.

Since the proposed site plan did not indicate the proposed
use of the proposed or existing buildings, the parking and
on-site wastewater disposal requirements cannot be determined.
The existing on-site disposal system capacity should be indicated
and area should be shown for additional facilities and replacement
of those facilities.

4. The proposed plan "shows the drainage from the majority of the ·
site being directed to the roadway ditch. Based on the elevations
on the plan the northwest corner of the site will not drain to

keith caswell jr. ~J darrell schneider ~ richard sba
