The site plan should be revised to show <br />how the runoff from the entire site will be disposed of. <br />Also based on the proposed elevation it appears that excess <br />material will be generated and the building elevation does <br />not appear to be 18 inches above the street. <br /> <br />The proposed plan indicates that the driveway and parking <br />lots will be class 5 gravel. City ordinances require <br />driveways and parking areas to be surfaced with a hard, all- <br />weather, durable, dust-free material. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />The site plan indicates the width of Azurite Street N.W. <br />to be 33 feet. However, in review of county records the <br />right-of-way appears to be non-existent.
