TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Staff <br /> <br />RE: Morrell Trucking <br /> <br />DATE: March 5, 1980 <br /> <br />In reviewing the site and design plans for Morrell Trucking we found the <br />following: <br /> <br />1) 1T~e drainage as indicated on the plans is adequate. <br /> <br />2) The parking areas as indicated comply with our ordinance. <br /> <br />3) The proposed on-site septic system and future systems are adequate. <br /> <br />4) The existing trees coupled with the proposed plantings and sodding <br /> will provide adequate landscaping. <br /> <br />5) Window openings as provided negate the need for a sprinkler system. <br /> <br />6) The ingress/egress as indicated by two driveways, in our opinion, are <br /> much safer than a single driveway based on the proposed use. <br /> <br />?) <br /> <br />The block colored metal building exterior does not totally comply <br />with our ordinance. However, it would be our recommendation that ~Ar. <br />Morrell be allowed to construct his building as indicated on his <br />plans.
