Driveway construction and parking lot construction shall be: Four <br />(4) inches of Class V w~th two (2) inches of bituminous mat surfacing. <br />The parking area shall be striped and shall contain the number of <br />spaces as shown on the approved site plan. Fire lands shall be <br />marked and approved in accordance with the Anoka Fire Department <br />regulation. Said escrow amount shall be $15,000. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Applicant acknowledges that failure to complete the improvements <br />described in paragraph #3 above by October 1, 1980, shall result in <br />forfeiture of the financial guarantees pro~-ided to the City and the <br />City shall then be authorized to complete the improYements from the <br />escrow f~mds and the Applicant by execution of this agreement hereby <br />permits the City or its agent to come to his property to complete the <br />i~rovements. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Applicant shall notify the City at least 72 hours in advance of the <br />date Applicant is ready for final inspection of his site, and of his <br />request~ for release of the financial guarantees provided to the City <br />in paragraph 3. <br /> <br />Construction of the buildiog shall be as shown on the building design <br />plan submitted and as approved by the City Building Official.
