13) Due to the parcel configuration and extensive development costs <br />Mr. Sigafoo has requested his assessment for plat 89216 parcel 2870 be <br />deleted. <br /> <br />14) OnMarch 13, 1980, the parcel was reviewed by the City Engineer <br />and the Building Official. 'The Engineers letter of March23~ 1980 is <br />attached and is hereby incorporated as a part of these findings, <br /> <br />15) On March 25, 1980, Mr. Sigafoo appeared before the City Council <br />requesting the deletion of this assessment. <br /> <br />16) Based on a staff recommendation the City Council ordered the prep~ <br />aration of findings of fact for their revlewal at their next ~egUlar <br />meeting of April 8, ~980. <br /> <br /> <br />
