9) On March 17, 1980, the Building Inspector noted Mr. Mickelsonls fur- <br />ther construction on the shelter referred to in paragraph #6 herein which <br />in his opinion would constitute construction of a structure with a valu~ <br />ation in excess of $500. This according to Council policy would require <br />a permit. <br /> <br />10) A check of the Building Department records by the Building Official <br />showed a permit for the structure in question had not been issued or re~ <br />quested. <br /> <br />11) On March 17, 1980~ the Building Official notified Mr. Mickelson by <br />letter, that the further construction of the structure in question was in <br />violation of both state and local codes. <br /> <br />12) Mr. Mickelson, at the regular Council meeting of March 25~ 1980, <br />brought this matter to the City Council for its consideration, <br /> <br />13) Council action at that time was to order the preparation of these <br />findings of fact. <br /> <br />14) Attached copies of all materials previously referred to in these finds. <br />ings are hereby incoporated as a part of these findingsq <br /> <br /> <br />
