Mr. Lloyd Schnelle <br />April 8, 1980 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Before conducting the aerial and topographic survey, a preliminary airport layout <br />plan would be prepared to ensure that the required facilities can be reasonably <br />accommodated on the proposed alternative site. <br /> <br />The total estimated cost of the Alternative Airport Site Study is $6,500.00 with <br />the topographic and aerial survey costs estimated at $4,000.00 and the prepara- <br />tion of the schematic airport layout plan, the conceptual land use plan, and the <br />study report estimated at $2,500.00. We would propose the use of the hourly rate <br />times a 2.5 multiplier, as currently utilized on other City projects, for the <br />preparation of the Site Study. <br /> <br />Mr. Peter Raatikka will serve as project manager on the study with Mr. James <br />Johnson serving as project engineer.
