Summary: We can handle things the way they are being handled <br />at the present time with the building and development at a <br />near stand still. Everybody is also going to have to work on <br />an appointment basis with City Staff but that would even be <br />the case with Amlene Peddycoart if she were still here. <br /> <br />I understand that some thing we should have either a Planner/ <br />Engineer on staff. Yes, there would be plenty for either of <br />the professions to do in a developing city such as Ramsey. <br />It depends on how involved the City wants to get on this issue <br />which is a Council policy decision. <br /> <br />When Clayton and I can't handle the level of work that is ex- <br />pected of us as I see it, I will come to you and ask for help. <br /> <br /> <br />
