MARK CORY, 17130 <br />ZEOLITE STREET N.W.: <br /> <br />The Board of Adjustment at their meeting March 25, 1980, re-~ <br />quested preparation of finding of fact on the subject request <br />in accordance with Section 170.O18E of the City Code~ Accord- <br />ingly, enclosure (D4-a) is submitted for yottr re¥iew and <br />adoption. <br /> <br />~Board of Adjustment Action: The Board of Adjustment action <br />will be to take the following action on the aboYe case: <br /> <br />a) Finding of Fact - Approve/Disapprove of the finding of <br />fact. <br /> <br />b) Granting of variance - Approve/Disapprove of the granting <br />of variance in accordance with the finding of fact. <br /> <br />¢) Condition to Yarianee - If the Board of Adjustment approves <br />the granting of the variance, the Board of Adjustment may want <br />to attach conditions to this variance.
