CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING USE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This agreement is entered into this -day of April, 1980, between the <br />City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" and~r. Mark Cory here- <br />inafter referred to as "Permittee" in conjunction with the issuance of a <br />building permit for an accessory building of 1,120 square feet at his <br />residence located at 17130 Zeolite Street N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br />Said permit is hereby approved contingent upon the applicants complying <br />with the following: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall acquire a building permit and <br />comply with all provisions of both state and local codes. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee agrees the structure shall be used. <br />for storage of personal property and shall not be used for <br />any commercial activities. <br /> <br />3) That the PeDmittee agrees the construction of any addi-. <br />tional accessory buildings shall be approved by the City <br />Board of Adjustment and City Council. <br /> <br />4) That the Permittee~agrees to file with the County a <br />copy of this agreement which shall become a part of his <br />deed and shall be binding upon subsequent owners and heirs. <br /> <br />SUMMARY <br /> <br />The applicant understands and agrees to the conditions of this agreement. <br /> <br />DATE BY <br /> <br />Mark Cory <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />DATE BY <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />WITNESSED BY BY <br /> <br />City ASm~nistrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
