As was .i-ndJcated at the city council meeting, the !{etropol. itan Council ~s currently reviewing the "plans and soecifications for the Anoka Intarceator. As ,orasently designed, ~his interceptor would be builn to Highway 4~ with construction comoletion anti- cipauad in lane 1980 or early 1981. In the futura,, based on the riming of sawer service needs in western Andover, t5. e Anoka t'nnerceptor would be extended from Highway 47 across the River to connect with the existing Anoka Northeast interceptor.
