He <br /> questioned what the licensing fees would be if a property were to have a violation with the City. <br /> Community Development Director Gladhill explained the license would not automatically renew <br /> and therefore an additional $25 would be owed to the City, along with any fee associated to the <br /> City citation/violation. In addition, depending on the violation, the City could elect to not renew <br /> the rental license. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Bauer, seconded by Commissioner Andrusko, to close the public <br /> hearing. <br /> Motion Carried.
