3) Access from Storage Facility area to Parcels A & B <br /> a. Would there be access from the storage facility area to Parcel A & <br /> Parcel B? <br /> b. If there is no access to Parcels A & B from off of Ramsey Blvd, then <br /> people coming from the West will have to go East on Bunker, make <br /> a U-Turn at the end of the concrete divider by Limonite St NW, and <br /> go back West to enter the entrance from Bunker. (possibly causing <br /> traffic congestion where they are making the U-turn). <br /> c. With the Pact Charter School nearby, there will be many children <br /> walking to and from school in that area. <br /> 4) The area East of Parcel A & B. (to be developed after the storage unit <br /> area) <br /> a. Would the Infiltration Basin be continued behind the three homes <br /> that are shown (#14716, 14724, 14732)? <br /> b. If Parcel A & B are developed, would the area East of them <br /> become a parking lot? <br /> c.
