The developer received preliminary plat approval on 7/23/79 <br />and was a 120 day extension December 10, 1979. The purpose of the <br />extension on December was to allow the developer more time to get <br />clear title to the land he is developing. This request is for <br />~-~e same reason. The City Attorney has spoken to the developer's <br />attorney on this case.
