Council's action will be to approve/ <br />disapprove or negotiate a settlement that will satisfy the Ordinance. <br /> <br />HEALTH INSURANCE IN REGARDS TO CITY SHARE: <br /> <br />The Cotmcil Personnel Committee met March 28, 1980, (the minutes <br />of this meeting were enclosed as enclosure (B-I) of Council. Agenda <br />dated April 8, 1980) and the purpose was to discuss health insurance <br />and it was also served as the quarterly meeting. <br /> <br />Background information: The City Budget provided for an increase <br />o~ ].0% for each City employee and elected official. Please refer <br />to line 49 on pages 67 and 68 of the City Budget. <br /> <br />The City's share now is $60.00 per month for each employdd and official. <br />The ]0% increase would make the City's $66.00 per month. Enclosure <br />(D3-1) shews the dollar increase that each of the health plans had <br />commencing 1980. <br /> <br />Council Action: The Council Personnel Committee referred this matter <br />to the ful-i-~y Council for discussion and action. <br /> <br />COMBINING OF TWO PIECES OF PRDPERTY INTO ONE PROPERTY DESCRIPTION <br />]~QUEST FOR; CASE OF MR. CHESTER HETLAND (16301 Uranium Street N.W.) <br /> <br />Problem: Due to a major goof up in the locating of the house and <br />garage at the above address, the garage was constructed partially on <br />another party's land. Consequently, Mr. Hetland was forced to buy <br />an additional 15 feet of land. Enclosure (D3-m) contains the follow- <br />ing documentation for your information when reviewing this case: <br /> <br /> a. Survey of property showing Mr. Hetland's lot and the <br />additional 15 feet which he purchased. <br /> <br /> b. Letter to Mr. Hetland from his Attorney, Clifford C. <br />Lundberg, dated November 29, 1979, which states he has examined the <br />title on the 15 feet and that it has a clear title. <br /> <br /> c. Map showing Mr. Hetland's lot and the 1S feet he bought. <br />'Ibis basically provided to give you a good visual view of the area <br />involved. <br /> <br />Mr. Hetland wants to incorporate the two pieces of property into one <br />description which should have Council approval. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action would be to approve/disapprove of Mr. <br />~etlan~ls request.
