P~,Z- Z- 4/7/80 Motion by Art Dunn, seconded by Gerry Zimmerman to recon~mend to the City Council to rezone the parcel of land owned by Dr. Brunnell ( That part of Lot 7~ Auditor's Subdivision No. 34, Anoka County, liinnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Lot ?; thence North- westerly on the Southwesterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot ? and to the Northessterly line of said Lot 7; thence Southeasterly on said Northeasterly line a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning of land to be des- eribed; thence continue Southeasterly on the Northeasterly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 150 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Lot ? and to the Southwesterly line of said LOt 7; thence Northwesterly on said Southwesterly line to a line drawn South-from the point of beginning and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot ? and to the point of beginning, and which property is generally known as ~245 West Highway #%0, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 according to Section 170.019 Entitled Amendments mud Section 170.O19B Procedure of the Ramsey City Ordinance. ) ~rom I-1 .to B-1 wi'th the City obtaining a SO' easement for a service drive along the rear lot line in addition to a SO ' easement along 'rear lot line of adjacent property (7205 Hwy #10 N.W.) based on the following findings of fact: 1.) Surrounding parcels being used B-1 with very few exceptions. 2.)~,i'Hwy #10 frontage condusive to.B-1 zoning 3.) B-1 would act as buffer (visual) to I-1 4.) lot size is resricted by Hwy & R.R. tracks and limits expansion if zoned I-1. Motion carried 6-0.
