The district boundary lines on the Mississippi River Corridor Critical Area <br />36.2 District Map are intended to follow the center lines of rivers and streams, highways, <br />36.3 streets, lot lines, and municipal boundaries, unless a boundary line is otherwise indicated <br />36.4 on the map. Where district boundaries cross unsubdivided property, the district boundary <br />36.5 line is determined by use of dimensions or the scale appearing on the map. <br />36.6 C. The boundaries of a district established under this part must be amended <br />36.7 according to subitems (1) to (3). <br />36.8 (1) A local government or a state or regional agency must submit a written <br />36.9 request to the commissioner requesting a district boundary amendment. The request must: <br />36.10 (a) be approved by the governing body with the legal authority to <br />36.11 make the request for the state or regional agency or local government; <br />36.12 (b) specifically identify the proposed changes to plans and ordinances <br />36.13 to address the proposed change; <br />36.14 (c) identify changes in land uses, infrastructure, or other conditions <br />36.15 since the effective date of this chapter that justify the proposed changes; <br />36.16 (d) be ons:stdnt _Mh identify those local comprehensive plans, <br />36.17 regional system statements, state park and transportation master plans, and federal plans <br />36.18 that apply to the area proposed for a district boundary amendment; <br />36.19 (e) address potential negative impacts of the proposed change to <br />36.20 primary conservation areas, public river corridor views, and other resources and features <br />36.21 identified in local governments' plans; and <br />36.22 (f) contain a summary of feedback from affected parties as provided <br />36.23 under subitem (2). <br />36.24 (2) The local government or state or regional agency requesting the district <br />36.25 boundary amendment must give notice of the proposed district boundary amendment to <br />6106.0100 36 <br />
