The requirements in items A and B do not apply to those structures and <br />43.6 facilities listed in part 6106.0180 as exempt from these requirements. <br />43.7 D. Where principal structures exist on the adjoining lots on both sides of a <br />43.8 proposed building site, the minimum setback may be altered to conform to the average <br />43.9 of the adjoining setbacks, provided that the new structure's scale and bulk riverward or <br />43.10 bluffward of the setbacks required under items A and B are consistent with adjoining <br />43.11 development. No structures or impervious surfaces are allowed within the bluff impact <br />43.12 zone or shore impact zone, except as specified under part 6106.0180. <br />43.13 E. Subsurface sewage treatment systems, including the septic tank and <br />43.14 absorption area, must be located at least 75 feet from the ordinary high water level of <br />43.15 the Mississippi River and all other public waters within the Mississippi River Corridor <br />43.16 Critical Area. <br />43.17 Subp. 4. Standards for new lots. <br />43.18 A. Where lots are created after the effective date of this part, lot area and width <br />43.19 standards must comply with the requirements of the underlying zoning, except the width of <br />43.20 lots abutting the Mississippi River in the CA-ROS district must be at least 200 feet, unless <br />43.21 alternative design methods are used that provide greater protection of the riparian areas. <br />43.22 B.
