POTENTIAL WORK SESSIONS FOR FEBRUARY AND MARCH <br />Staff recommends that the Planning Commission meet in Work Session at 5:30 preceding the Regular Meeting on <br />February 2 to focus on The COR Development Plan and complete the following objectives: <br />1. Draft Land Use/District Map <br />2. Final DRAFT Vision Statement <br />Staff would also recommend a Work Session at 5:30 preceding the Regular Meeting on March 2 to focus on The COR <br />Development Plan and complete the following objectives: <br />1. Land Use/District Descriptions <br />2. Recommendations on Key Development and Design Standards (Mixed Use Definition, Retail Vision, Appropriate <br />Densities, Open Space Requirements, etc.). <br />Please fill out your availability utilizing the link below to confirm your availability for these two additional Work Sessions. <br />We do have a lot of ground to cover in the next couple of months, and don't want to lose the momentum we have <br />begun to build.
